Before

I increased the contrast, added "stars" to 3 of the lights, removed the power lines, removed the guard rail, and cropped most of the bottom. However when I cropped additionally off the top and bottom to reach the standard panoramic ratio of 1:3, too much of the photo was lost. So I also "squished" the photo from top to bottom, which left a neat fish-eye effect as well. Even so, I couldn't get the standard 1:3 ratio anyway. Guess I need more practice photographing in this style..darn!
